Thank you for considering Port Whitby Marina's Liza Lounge for your dinner party, meeting, or event! The Liza Lounge was opened in the spring of 2004, and offers a panoramic view of Whitby Harbour including over 600 yachts docked at Port Whitby Marina and The Whitby Yacht Club. The Liza Lounge is a year round multi- use hall with a capacity of 100 people for dinner parties/weddings, and a capacity of 150 people with theatre style seating. The Liza Lounge is housed within the marina's 6100 SF clubhouse and is owned and operated by the Town of Whitby . The Port Whitby Marina Clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.

What's included:

• Use of folding tables and stacking chairs for up to 100 people
• Use of bar, bar stools, fireplace, leather lounge chairs (bar staff must be arranged through Port Whitby Marina)
• Use of sound system for microphones and/or background music (CD player)
• Use of Recessed Audio Visual Screen
• Use of Kitchen (Convection oven, convection microwave, refrigeration)
• Use of televisions (satellite)
• Use of 1200 SF patio including patio tables and chairs for seating up to 50 people
• Use of natural gas Barbecue (meeting rate excepted)
• Parking on site and/or adjacent to marina
• Coat rack area

Conditions:

• A 30% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance due 30 days prior. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to booking for deposit to be returned. A credit card number is required to secure against excessive cleanup or damage caused as a result of the booking.
• Outside doors to hall must be kept closed after 11 pm to limit outside noise.
• Alcohol and bar staff must be arranged with the marina approved vendor only.
